Efficiency North Holdings Ltd brings together three dynamic and successful subsidiaries engaged in the social housing and construction sectors:

  • Efficiency North Limited – A highly successful social housing procurement services provider.
  • EN:Able Futures CIC – An innovative training and apprenticeships service.
  • EN:Able Build Limited – Provider of affordable housing and associated development.

Associated to these organisations is EN:Able Communities CIO, the charitable giving arm of the combined organisations.

With a combined order book exceeding £60m and exciting plans to double in size over the next phase of its strategic plan, Efficiency North Holdings is seeking an experienced Independent Director to support the organisation through this period of transition and growth.  A senior professional with Board experience who thrives on helping people to maximise their potential, helping to bring together different stakeholders and ensuring good governance and delivery, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, a passion for people, high levels of energy and an interest in delivering social value.

Efficiency North Holdings Ltd is looking for a high-profile individual, adept at developing and building relationships at high levels and willing to utilise their extensive networks to act as an ambassador for Efficiency North Holdings and its subsidiaries. Applications from suitably experienced individuals from the finance and audit sectors would be of particular interest.

This post has a remuneration of £6,000 p.a. (gross of NI and Tax).
