EN:Able Futures now recruiting 2 Kickstarters

Back to latest Kickstart news

EN:Able Futures is also now recruiting 2 Kickstarters to work at theirWawne Road office  in admin and social media support.
Social Value Advisor Caroline Lee is providing Employability training for all the EN:Able Communities Kickstarters. Her first session focusses on action planning - what their goals are and what they want
to cover, factoring in 2 questions:

  • Do you know what you want to do in the future

  • Do you know how to get there?

The same questions will be asked at their last session to see what change and progress has been made and
also to gauge their confidence and positivity about their futures. We all look forward to seeing the progress
these young people make within their placements.

"Kickstart proves that Covid-19 has affected young people, irrespective of their education or experience level. The beauty of the programme is that the placements on offer are wide and varied and give each young person a role vital to their career development"
