Since 2015 EN:Able Communities has driven the social value on behalf of Efficiency North Holdings Limited. Through EN:Procure frameworks and our Social Mobility Fund we have supported 660 people into sustained apprenticeships or employment, 534 of whom have come from our priority groups:
- Those Living in Social Housing
- 16 to 24 year olds who are Not in Education Employment or Training
- In care/care leavers
- People from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic groups
- Long-Term Unemployed
- Ex-offender's
- Non-Traditional Gender roles
- People with Disabilites
- Aged 50 plus
- Military Service Leaver
- Homeless (in last 5 years)
