DWP Health and Employment:
How to support people with physical and/or mental health conditions into employment
This session will be hosted by Simeon Perry, Head of Operations, EN:Able Communities CIO and be joined by Gareth McLean, DWP North Central Group lead on Health and Unemployment who will lead the session.
We will be welcoming Susanne Jobson, Non executive Board Director of Communities that Work to provide the National Policy Update.
We have confirmed guest speakers Tim Craven, Social Investment Manager, WDH and Karen Wilders, Training for Employment Manager, WDH who will be providing case studies and a wider discussion on how WDH supports their residents into employment and skills development.

Susanne Jobson is the Foundations for Life Manager at Karbon Homes and board director of Communities that Work. Susanne will be providing the National Policy Update for this session.
Gareth McLean, North Central Group lead on Health and Unemployment, DWP
Tim Craven, Social Investment Manager, WDH
Tim manages the Social Investment Team at WDH, which includes work delivered with children and young people, work with schools and colleges, and work to help WDH tenants and their families into employment.
Karen Wilders, Training for Employment Manager, WDH
Karen manages the Training for Employment Team at WDH, a programme which offers unemployed WDH tenants a 12 month paid placement at WDH, whilst improving their Employability skills and supporting them into further employment.
