This will be an opportunity to take a sneak peek at our new Contract Order Management System (COMS), a browser-based ordering solution that features programme and catalogue management for members, as well as a platform to make and receive orders for contractors and suppliers and is due to be rolled out shortly.

Tim specialises in procurement, PFI and education, advising almost exclusively public sector clients such as NHS Trusts, local authorities and academy trusts. He also advises on governance and statutory powers, as well as directors’ duties, often delivering bespoke training workshops for clients.
