2 opportunities for finance & audit staff within our Social Landlord members

2 fantastic opportunities within our Social Housing landlord members

Efficiency North Holdings Ltd brings together three dynamic and successful subsidiaries engaged in the social housing and construction sectors:

EN:Procure Limited – A highly successful social housing procurement services provider.

EN:Able Futures CIC – An innovative training and apprenticeships service.

EN:Able Build Limited – Provider of affordable housing and associated development.

Associated to these organisations is EN:Able Communities CIO, the charitable giving arm of the combined organisations.

With a combined order book exceeding £70m and exciting plans to double in size over the next phase of its strategic plan, Efficiency North Holdings are seeking two representatives from our Social Housing Landlord Membership to join our Audit and Risk Group. The Audit and Risk Group’s primary role is to contribute independently to the ENHL Board’s overall process for ensuring that an effective internal control system is in place; oversee the work of external audit; ensure sufficient controls are in place to manage risk; and that the Risk Management Framework is operating effectively.

A senior management professional who thrives on helping people to maximise their potential, ensuring good governance and delivery, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, with finance and audit experience gained from their role within one of Efficiency North’s Members. Individuals with a suitable finance or audit qualification would be of particular interest and this role will provide an excellent opportunity to expand their experience into a non-executive environment.

This post is not remunerated, however reasonable expenses in accordance with HMRC guidelines will be paid.

We are an equal opportunities and disability confident employer and welcome applicants from all sectors of the community to reflect the diversity of the customers we serve. In particular, we would welcome applications from the Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) community. All appointments will be made on merit.
