We’re proud to announce December’s learner of the month, Andy Tollotson. Andy is an Arcitectural Apprentice with Cartwright Pickard currently working towards his Level 3 Qualification in Constrution Contracting Operations.
We're incredibly proud of Andy and his achievements so far. We receieved the following feedback from his employer and development coach.
‘’From the offset Andy has been a very useful resource, he asks appropriate questions which show a good initial understanding of the sector. Andy has done a model too, his understanding of how to do this can be a useful skill to us as an organisation. Andy is generally integrating well with staff and has been working on journals and taking responsibility for the organisation of this. We’re really pleased with Andy’s progress so far and we’re happy he’s being recognised for his hard work’’ - Ian Walsh, Manager
‘’Andy is our newest starter and has bent over backwards to make the apprenticeship work for him, he is determined to achieve distinctions despite his delayed start. Andy was offered his apprenticeship on a Friday evening and started that Monday, travelling two and a half hours each way to get to and from Sheffield in order to not miss a college week. Andy has settled into the team at CP well and they have said that he is already proving to be a valuable and much needed addition to the team. Andy, although a newer start, also has 100% for attendance and punctuality. ‘’ - Hannah Norton, Development Coach, EN:Able Futures
