New apprentices join EN:Able Futures in September

Meet the three new apprentices who have joined EN:Able Futures this month

Bailey Stevens joins EN:Able Futures as an Apprentice Joiner. Bailey will learn his new trade with host company R H Fullwood & Co Ltd in South Elmsall. R. H. Fullwood is a multi-disciplinary construction contractor that works with many Local Authorities throughout the UK, especially in the Yorkshire, East Riding and Humberside region. In addition they are also approved contractors for numerous Health Authorities, Police Authorities and Housing Associations. Baily is working towards a Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery.

Benjamin Kay and Lewis Duncan have both become Apprentice Bricklayers and will be hosted by United Living in Harrogate, where they will be working towards a Level 2 in Bricklaying. United Living is one of the one of the UK’s leading providers of refurbished and new build living solutions, so they are always seeking skilled bricklayers to join their ranks.

Being employed by EN:Able Futures whilst working towards their qualifications means they will receive personalised pastoral and mentor support from our Development Coaches, who will speak to them regularly to make sure they are on track and getting the most out their apprenticeships.

The host companies benefit from taking on an apprentice and developing their future workforce, whilst not having the deal with the day to day human resource side of things, so they can concentrate on training the apprentices to a high level.

If your business is interested in taking on an apprentice, but doesn't have the resources to dedicate to finding, recruiting and supporting one, that's where EN:Able Futures comes in. It's our job to make it as simple as possible for companies to take on apprentices and ensure their success.
