Reallies partnership appoints 95 consultants to new social housing consultancy framework worth £22.7 million

Reallies, the national procurement partnership between Procure Plus, Efficiency North and the Central Housing Investment Consortium, has awarded places to 95 companies on its new Consultancy Framework.

This new national framework provides a cost-effective and legally compliant way for social housing providers to access a wide range of consultancy expertise quickly and easily.

The framework has an estimated total value of £22.7 million over its four-year lifetime and is broken down into 15 lots covering a wide range of construction related consultancy services in the following areas:

  • Asbestos Surveys

  • Stock Condition and Building Surveyor

  • Principal Designer

  • Employers Agent

  • Architectural Services

  • Mechanical and Electrical

  • Quantity Surveying

  • Structural Engineering

  • Clerk of Works

  • Multi-Disciplinary Services

  • Energy Assessment

  • Energy Efficient and Renewables

  • Retrofit Coordination Services

  • Asset Management Services
