New Lift Framework launched

EN:Procure appoint 17 contractors to new £25m lift maintenance and installation framework

EN:Procure has appointed 17 contractors to their new Lift Maintenance and Installation Framework.

The new framework will provide a complete range of leading edge, cost effective, easily accessible lift maintenance and installation services for Efficiency North’s membership and customers in the social housing and wider public sector in Northern England.  Although designed predominantly for social housing, it can also be applied to other public buildings or premises owned and/or managed by Public Sector organisations, including, but not limited to, schools, universities, infrastructure sites and offices.

The framework has an estimated total value of £25m across its 4-year lifetime with 2 Lots offering a complete range of Servicing, Maintenance, Installation, Refurbishment and Upgrading services. Lift Consultancy services can also be accessed via Lot 7 of our EN:Procure Consultancy Framework, also newly formed.

Chief Executive of Efficiency North Lee Parkinson commented, “The award of the Lifts Framework represents a further step in the expansion of EN:Procure’s offer and operations across Northern England and we very much look forward to working with the excellent range of companies appointed to the framework. High quality and modern lift installations are essential for the provision of high rise living and our framework provides an efficient solution for Social Landlords to appoint both nationally recognised brands and well-established regional lift installation and maintenance companies. As with all of our frameworks and procurement solutions, real and focused social value outcomes are baked into our offer so our framework users can be assured that their investments in their assets also lead to value social value outcomes for their communities.”
