Opportunity for Lift Contractors in the North


EN:Procure is now seeking Lift Contractors for a new framework with an estimated £25m pipeline

EN:Procure is now inviting suitably qualified and experienced contractors to join a new Lifts Framework to provide passenger lift installation, servicing, repairs and maintenance services for members and customers in the social housing and wider public sector in Northern England.

The framework is designed to offer a leading edge service supply predominantly for social housing, but may also be applied to other public buildings or premises owned and/or managed by Public Sector organisations, including, but not limited to, schools, universities, infrastructure sites and offices.

The framework has an estimated demand pipeline of £25m over its 4-year lifetime and offers a complete range of Lift services over its 2 lots.

The Framework is divided into the following 2 lots:

Lot 1 -  Passenger/Goods Lifts – Servicing and Maintenance

Lot 2 - Passenger/Goods Lifts – Installation, Refurbishment and Upgrading

The single stage open procedure tender process is hosted on the Proactis portal www.procontract.due-north.com

The deadline for submitting tenders online is 17.00 3rd July 2020.
