Social housing consortium Efficiency North Holdings Limited were pleased to welcome Jonathan Shaw to the team at the beginning of May in the newly created role of Chief of Corporate Services. Jonathan joins the consortium at a pivotal time when the organisation is embarking on its next ambitious 3-year business cycle after succeeding in achieving its ambitious compound growth target of 200% in the previous cycle.
Jonathan has over 10 years of experience in the social housing sector, initially as Director of Corporate Services and then Joint Chief Operating Officer at Sheffield Homes, and most recently as Director of Investment and Business Services at Nottingham City Homes. He started his career as a finance professional within various manufacturing engineering companies before moving into senior management.
He leads a team of dedicated professionals within Efficiency North developing Finance, Human Resources, Corporate Communications, IT, Membership Development and the EN:Able Communities charity.
